Warranty

Meraki guarantees the quality of its manufactured products, ensuring compliance with regulatory and
 technical standards during the warranty period, provided that proper use and care instructions are
 followed.

 1. Warranty Period

 The standard warranty for Meraki products is as follows:
 • Mattresses:upto24months(dependingonmodel,indicatedonthe labeland product  page).
 • Beds,sofabeds,armchairs,andother upholsteredfurniture: 4 to 10 years.

 2. Extended Warranty

 Meraki offers extended warranties on select mattresses when used with branded mattress protectors:
 • SleepProfessor,Grether&Wells, NEO: 32years
 • MerakiOriginalPro,Ortho, Ergo: 27years
 • SleepExpert:12years
 • Kids’mattresses:5years
 Extended warranties cover manufacturing defects only and exclude natural wear, minor dimensional
 deviations, natural material odors, minor cover irregularities, normal mattress settlement (<30 mm), or
 pilling/wear from regular use.
 Requirements:
 • Customerisresponsibleforpackaging and delivering the mattress for warranty service.
 • Mattressmustbecleanandinpropersanitarycondition.
 • Extendedwarrantyisvalidwithpurchasereceipt, warranty card, and mattress label.

 3. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:
 • Damagefromimproperuse,neglect,ormisuse.
 • Mechanicaldamage,self-repairs, alterations, or intentional harm.
 • Useforpurposesotherthanintendedorforcemajeure events.

 4. Making a Warranty Claim

 To claim your warranty, submit a warranty request through our Filing a Claim process.
 • Merakimayconductaqualitychecktoverifythe defect.
 • Noreplacementisprovidedduring theinspection period.
 • Ifamanufacturingdefectisconfirmed, the product will be replaced within a  reasonable timeframe.
