You may request a return or exchange if the following conditions are met:

The request is submitted within 30 days of receiving the order.

The product is not custom-made, opened, or used.

The product was not purchased at a discounted price.

Please note: During exchanges, the product's value will be recalculated based on the current price.
2. Return Process for Satisfactory Quality

Provide your order number, full name, and phone number.

Goods can be returned to Meraki's warehouse independently or via our return service (additional fee may apply).

Do not send products via courier until confirmed by Meraki's team.
3. Products with Unsatisfactory Quality

At Meraki, product quality is a priority. If you believe a product does not meet the declared standards:

File a claim with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.

Our team will review your claim and may request additional information.
4. Replacement & Refunds

If a defect is confirmed, we aim to replace the product immediately.

If identical items are unavailable, we may offer a similar product, extend the replacement period, or issue a refund.

Quality checks may take up to 30 days.

If inspection shows no defects or improper use/storage, you may be charged for inspection and transportation costs.
